Our coaching program is designed exclusively for marketing leaders. We provide personalized guidance to help you overcome common obstacles and bring your department — and results — to the next level.
We’ll work with you to develop the necessary tools, techniques, and mindset for effective marketing leadership. From developing strategy to refining day-to-day processes that help a team run smoothly, our coaching is designed to help you reclaim your time and your sanity, while creating outcomes that can't be ignored.
First, we'll jump on a call to discuss the challenges you're facing and determine if coaching would be the right approach for you. Assuming it's a good fit, we'll schedule a time for our kickoff session.
During this call, we'll start by discussing your marketing leadership goals. We'll work together to determine gaps and opportunities, and design a roadmap to get you where you want to be. At the end of the call, you'll have clear next steps on where to focus your efforts.
Every Two Weeks
These one-hour calls are where we’ll do the bulk of our work. You will set the agenda for the call. It's a time for you to ask questions, get guidance, solicit feedback, and discuss the roadblocks standing between you and your goals. You'll have full access to the advice, tools, and strategies we've developed from years of experience, research, and deep thinking. We'll also adhere closely to the roadmap set during our kickoff session to ensure that you're continuously making progress towards your desired outcomes.
Between calls, you'll have access to a shared dashboard where you'll be able to track your progress on next steps, as well as request input or advice through our messaging system. Once per week we will send over a video response to your requests to ensure you're able to keep your momentum going.
